First of all, we make a umami soup which we call "Dashi", and make a dipping sauce for tempra and Japanese style soup we call "Ｏsumashi" with "Dashi" then make Ball sushi and Tempura. Tempra is one of famous japanese food. Don't you want to make it by yourself? There are some hints to make crispy Tempra, we will tel you about it.
First of all, we make a japanese soup stock. Tempura can be made of any kind of ingredients, such as vegetables and shrimp. Therefore, it is easy to make it using the one sold to the market in your country. We make the dippng sauce for tempura, too.
